Pastoral centre construction faced many challenges

Some of the ground was unstable; spill gates, canals, and retention tank used to collect rain water
To meet the challenge of excessive rainfall, the labourers of Ventana Construction Corp. built a water retention tank in July 2014 and buried it underneath the work site.
