Inmates to talk ways to heal relationships
A local prison ministry will be drawing attention to the needs of inmates
during Restorative Justice Week, Nov. 16-23. "Restorative justice
understands crime from the perspective of the harm caused to people and
relationships," said Maureen Donegan, coordinator of Catholic Charities
Justice Services in Vancouver. "CCJS seeks to mediate God's healing and
