Pope's soccer match draws close

An initiative of the Holy Father is bringing Buddhist, Christian, Jewish, Hindu, Muslim, and Shinto soccer jerseys under one stadium roof in support of the game and world peace.

The event is co-organized by Scholas Occurrentes, which focuses on improving education in poor areas, and funds raised will go toward Un'Alternativa di Vita, which benefits children in poverty.
