Our Time to Lead. The Globe is doing a series on major Canadian issues such as multiculturalism, health care, work-life balance, military, and as part of the series you can design your own newspaper front page with a headline you'd like to see. There's also a gallery where you can see and rate the front pages others have created. All humility aside,
