Cardinal Ouellet heading to Rome
Canada's loss is Rome's gain, not to mention the world's. The appointment of Cardinal Marc Ouellet as Prefect of the Congregation for Bishops and President of the Commission for Latin America is tremendous news for the Canadian Church.
