Recently I witnessed a charity fundraiser that brought the B.C. Lions to St. John Brebeuf high school in Abbotsford. The Lions played the Brebeuf Bears in a basketball game to raise money for one of the school's students who is battling cancer:

St. John Brebeuf (SJB) hosted a basketball fundraiser called Hoops for Hope for student Josh Ismirnioglou: the B.C. Lions battled the SJB Bears. There was also a silent art auction.
