Video illustrates need for confession

Feel stressed, alone, or angry? The sacrament of confession can help. This video, "As the Family Goes" by Mark and Johanna Osborne, is part of an archdiocese project to employ one minute videos to encourage Catholics to attend confession.

Confession does more than heal the "bad" Catholics, it also heals the "stressed" Catholics.
