A court hearing will be held to affirm what a psychiatrist has already found – the man who attacked Kamloops Bishop David Monroe should not be held criminally responsible for his actions.
Regardless being criminal or lunatic, that man should be put away. Maybe if the latter, yes not responsible before the law (as the usual evasion of the former to rationalize the deviation). If ever, extreme eccentricity should be more rehabilitated with circumspect.
