The CBC's Mark Kelley has an intriguing report on why flood relief to Pakistan is so minimal compared to other places, such as Haiti.

It can probably be explained a number of ways, including donor fatigue, the fact that it's a Muslim country on the other side of the world, etc. But in short, Pakistan needs help.
