Catholic Women's League members in Vancouver should give themselves a pat on the back for supporting families who have suffered domestic violence. Domestic Abuse Services, founded by the League, has this year welcomed four families to Eva's House, a sanctuary where victims of abuse and their children can begin to recover and move on with their lives, says DAS president Michele Smillie.
